Why Array

Large build volume and automated print monitoring means low downtime and high throughput.

Print up to 8 materials in a single part with industrial materials, including PEEK, PEKK
and Ultem.

With one operator able to run the equivalent of 250 3D printers, 3D printing large production volumes is finally possible.

Manage Team Workflow With Canvas

Control all your printing workflows with Canvas. With smart queueing, detailed dashboards and project management you have full control of your print queue and key performance metrics.

Reduce your cost per part by up to 95%

With Array's high throughput and low-cost base, see your cost per part drop by up to 95%. Input your best estimates in our total cost per part calculator and one of our representatives will get in touch to give you a sense of how Array will impact your bottom line.

Spend your time where it counts

Rely on Array's bed removal and material changing systems so your team spends less time working with printers and more time on other activities.

Precision printing, every time

Automated bed leveling ensures your printhead stays the correct distance from the build plate, allowing for greater consistency within your prints.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Array can complete 40 build plates of printing in a row before reloading is required. For many users, this is at least 72 hours of continuous “lights out printing” although this is dependent on the prints being run and the density on the build plate.

The printers know the height of each print and track it within the software. The space is allocated based on this information, and a buffer space is added to ensure no collisions occur.

Each Array needs a Canvas Array account to run, and Canvas is currently cloud based. To explore other options, please reach out to our team, sales@mosaicmanufacturing.com.

Yes, the Array based model (Array 8) comes with 4 Element printers each with 2 material pods and a low temperature print head. Material pods as well as high temperature printing capabilities can be added to all printers based on the requirements of your use case.

Each Element has an integrated HEPA filter that can be easily replaced (every 6-12 months, based on usage). Array also has a 3” hook up on the top for an external fume extraction or filtration system.

Array is 1.6m x 3.2m x 2.1m. To account for door swinging radii, we’d recommend a space that is 3.8m x 1.6m and with a minimum ceiling height of 2.1m.

Array is proudly designed and made in Canada.

Array ships disassembled, and will be assembled, built, and tested by Mosaic as part of your white-glove setup service. Mosaic will also conduct training of your internal staff.

Parts will be available for purchase through Mosaic’s online store, or through your point of contact at Mosaic.

Array can be configured with one or the other.

Yes, both Element and Array work with compatible third-party materials. Array will require a third-party NFC tag on any third-party spools to be registered by the Array for use.

There is a 12 month warranty for Array. If purchasing an extended warranty, or an Array HT, there is a 24 month warranty.
