FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Element is open to support third-party materials. Materials that fit into Mosaic’s Material Pod will be able to access material automation and multi-material 3D printing.

Element has Mosaic’s patented Palette X inside that allows for printing with up to 8 materials from a single nozzle by automating filament changes. This simplifies the system avoiding complex multi-nozzle calibration and messy nozzle dripping. Learn more about multi-material printing on Element here

Element is proudly designed and made in Canada.

Element connects to your computer through Canvas via ethernet or Wi-Fi. Element can also be operated from the integrated color touch screen for offline use.

There is a 12 month warranty for Element. If purchasing an Element HT, there is a 24 month warranty.

Yes, when printing a single material, Element can work with the GCode output from most third-party slicers. Manual processing of the file is required and some secondary functions will be limited.
